Quality of effluent discharge has been our business since our inception in 1988. Our group experience in the plastic product industry helped us identify the usage of plastic media as an effective tool in meeting numerous problems associated with the discharge or the use of water/waste water.

Our cooling tower component division manufactures a wide range of cooling tower accessories including FRP fans, film fill media, splash fills (V-Bars), drift eliminators, mist eliminators, inlet louvers, slats, and nozzles. This product range has been used in concurrence with almost all types of tower makes and models.

The water/waste water treatment division manufactures structured sheet media used for BOD removal and in nitrification plants. This film media has been successfully used as tricking filter media in bio towers, as SAFF media in activated sludge systems as well as media for rotational biological contactors. Cool Deck's tube settler media finds usage in clarifier systems for sedimentation and also applications in oil-water separators.

Cool Deck's intimate know-how of the functional systems enables us to work closely with both equipment manufacturers and end customers to assist them in the overall design of the plant assemblies.
